Biography:

For over 30 years I have worked with people suffering from neurological, orthopaedic problems and pain.  Before working as an Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapist in the NHS at Greater Glasgow & Clyde I worked at RUSK Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine New York; Challenge Early Intervention Centre Brooklyn NY; and Visiting Nurse Service in NYC. I am currently a freelance physiotherapist and healthcare practitioner based in Killearn, Scotland.

My intention is to integrate my knowledge in anatomy, physiology, body biomechanics and neuroscience in Physiotherapy and the Feldenkrais Method of somatic learning in the your care to move with ease and comfort.  Tai Chi for Health empowers you to move mindfully with better balance and coordination therefore improving heath and well being.  Combining all these skills with Acupuncture I would discuss with you after the initial assessment the treatment plan to optimise your sessions for therapy and education to enhance your personal journey to recovery.
